ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Age Eligibility as on 1st April 2024 for Class I-VII

  • Class I: 6 years +
  • Class II: 7 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C
  • Class III: 8 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C
  • Class IV: 9 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C
  • Class V: 10 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C
  • Class VI: 11 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C
  • Class VII: 12 Years / Based on Previous Class T.C

NOTE: Request for relaxation of age criterion will not be entertained.

  1. Student Identification Form must be filled and submitted online. Parents will get the confirmation of the student identification form submission through mail and SMS both.
  2. The admission counsellor will contact and give a date for interaction.
  3. Registration Form should be filled and submitted in the city office. An incomplete or illegible Registration Form, without a photograph and other documents will not be accepted. Registration Fee: Rs. 5000/-
  4. The acknowledgement slip will be issued to the parents only after the form is duly filled and submitted.
  5. Mere registration does not imply admission, which is subject to interaction with the Headmistress/Entrance Test from class II onwards.
  6. Dates for Interaction / Entrance test will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the Interaction / Entrance Test.

  • Admission Test Class II onwards
  • Result is declared within two working days
  • Parents will be notified about the result through SMS/ WhatsApp / Email

Rules of Discipline

  1. All students must carry their almanac to school every day. It must have their photograph and identity information duly filled and signed by their parents.
  2. All students must come to the school on time. The latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school. The school gate closes five minutes before Assembly.
  3. The medium of conversation in the school premises and the school transport should strictly be English.
  4. All students are expected to attend school on all working days. In the case of absenteeism, a written leave application duly signed by the parent must be submitted.
  5. Nostudent is allowed to miss school on the first day after a vacation and the last working day before vacation.
  6. The school is not responsible for goods lost. No valuable articles (expensive watches, jewellery, cameras, etc.) should be brought to school. If any student brings a mobile phone to school, it shall be confiscated. The phone will be returned only at the end of the academic session, provided the parent comes to school and pays a fine of Rs. I 000/- and submit a letter of apology. If the student repeats the same mistake, strict disciplinary action will be taken.
  7. All boys (except Sikhs) should get their hair cut at regular intervals. Girls should plait their hair if it is more than shoulder length. Short hair should be neatly cut and pinned. Colouring/dyeing hair is strictly prohibited.
  8. All students should have clipped nails. Applying Nail Paints/Nail Art/Tattoos/Henna is not allowed.
  9. Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on walls, furniture or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Teacher or School Head. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.
  10. Bringing crackers, explosives, and other dangerous materials to the school is an offense and will lead to suspension.
  11. Every student must participate actively in singing, dancing, physical education and cultural activity classes, games, and other school activities. All the school activities are an integral & compulsory part of the school curriculum for the all-round personality development of children.
  12. Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform has to be worn on every working day. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in proper uniform will be dealt with severely.
  13. Students are not to wear any jewellery to school (no chains, rings, bangles, bracelets, etc). Girls may wear one pair of small studs only.
