Joining him in this feat is Anika Bansal, who similarly bagged the ‘Top in World’ award for Mathematics in 2018-19, alongside Sangam Harsolia for Chemistry. In Psychology, Anjali Sharma secured the ‘Top in Country’ accolade for her exceptional performance in the AS Level examination. Meanwhile, other achievers such as Ridha Khanna, Rishit Jain, and Mohammad Umair Akhtar brought laurels by excelling in Hindi as a Second Language, clinching ‘Top in World’ and ‘Top in Country’ titles, respectively.

Athletic Brilliance: Champions Beyond the Classroom

Mayoorites are no strangers to the sports arena, with alumni and students alike excelling at state, national, and international levels. Mr. Ajay Raj Singh, an ex-Mayoorite, made history by being selected to represent Rajasthan in the prestigious Ranji Trophy 2021 after a remarkable 30-year gap. Similarly, Dharamveer Singh clinched gold in the Under-19 Boys' Category at the 21st CBSE National Athletic Meet in 2016, clearing an impressive height of 1.92 meters.

The school’s excellence in athletics extends beyond medals. Ms. Siddhi Bhatt represented India at the 9th Commonwealth Karate Championship in South Africa, reaching the quarter-finals in Junior Kumite events, while Puneet Mishra, former Head Boy, captained the U-19 Rajasthan Cricket Team to the semi-finals of the National School Games.

Go-getter in Shooting and Table Tennis

Ms. Geetakshi Dixit, Head Girl of the 2015 batch, has set new standards in the field of shooting. She secured a silver medal at the Junior World Cup Shooting Championship in Azerbaijan and bagged multiple golds and silvers at the National Shooting Championship in New Delhi. Her record-breaking performance of 414.4 points in the junior category is a testament to her grit and determination.

Another sporting legend from Mayoor is Manav Thakkar, who brought pride to the nation by winning the Bronze Medal at the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta as part of the Indian Table Tennis Team. Manav’s journey from a promising school athlete to a recipient of the prestigious Arjuna Award exemplifies the values of perseverance and excellence nurtured at Mayoor Schools.
